Omega 3 Supplements - Now they are good again! (But only for seniors)

A comprehensive study with a large patient population followed for greater then 15 years showed a significant reduction in Coronary Heart Disease deaths in patients greater then 74 who had high blood levels of Omega 3 fatty acids. Commonly called Fish Oil capsules, Krill Oil capsules, or Omega 3 supplements. Individuals with the most Omega 3 fatty acids in the blood lived 2.2 years longer and apparently had fewer non-cardiovascular deaths.
