Eat your EGGS!

Feb 27, 2013

A review of nine reports on coronary heart disease and eight reports on stoke, with up to twenty years of follow-up, showed no association with increased risk from egg consumption. There was a slight increase in persons who were diabetic.

This suggests that most people do not need to avoid eggs. Eggs seem to increase the bad cholesterol (LDL) much less then routine saturated fats.

Please speak with your doctor before accepting this recommendation.
